Popsilos' fourth season comes to its end

We couldn't be happier with the addition of two beautiful murals on the circuit this past season. Artists Dodo Ose and Anhk One worked with our producers at La Ferme Drouin (Casselman) and La Ferme Robert and Louise Lalande (Alfred) to produce two stunning artworks that joined the five original monumental pieces on the circuit, for a total of seven murals. We're especially happy that the Popsilos circuit made it to the Globe and Mail's Canada's Hidden Treasures this year. We were fortunate to offer an experience that is grand in dicovery and relaxation and still possible during this COVID-19 era, at a time when people needed to escape from everyday routines. October 31st marks the closing of the Popsilos circuit's annual season, during which visitors can visit the silos on producers' properties. Although properties are closed, visitors can drive through the countryside roads and view the artworks from the roads (we've identified best vantage points, that is roadside views, for each silo). Winter offers a whole new bright, colourful, yet serene perspective in which to experience the art.

Popsilos offers a unique touristic experience in Canada: a self-guided circuit that has visitors discover seven giant murals on farm silos in the Prescott-Russell countryside, while inviting them to stop at producers’ or artisans’ shops to check out local products.
